Installed on your server
Your IT team installs ConductClass on a server in your school or district data center.
School accounts
Teachers and students sign in with the school accounts they already use. Your IT team decides who has access.
Signed updates
Each update is a signed file. Your IT team applies it when ready, for example between terms, and can go back to the previous release.
Backups you choose
Class records and student work are copied on a schedule to storage your district picks.

Does ConductClass need internet access when it runs offline?
No. Teachers and students use it over your school's own network. If your IT team turns on update checks, that check is the only outside connection.
Where is student work stored?
On the server where ConductClass is installed, inside your school or district network. Backups go to storage your IT team chooses.
How do teachers and students sign in?
With the school accounts they already use, through your directory or single sign-on. Your IT team decides who has access.
Which devices can students use?
Students use a web browser on any school computer, laptop, or tablet that can reach the server.
How do updates work?
Each update is a signed file. Your IT team installs it after a backup, for example between terms, and can return to the previous release. A school without internet access can load the update from a drive.
What server do we need?
We size it with your IT team, based on how many schools, teachers, and students will use it. It can serve one school or be sized for a district.
How does licensing work?
Your school or district holds the license. It is checked on your own server, so it needs no internet connection. Terms are agreed during setup.
Is the online version of ConductClass still available?
Yes. Schools can still use ConductClass online at conductclass.com.
