Start with your school
Students should ask their teacher. Teachers should ask their school manager when the problem is about an invitation, class, roster, or school access.
Contact ConductClass
Email hello@conductscience.com. Include your school, your role, the page you were using, the time, and the error message.
Do not send passwords, invitation links, class codes, or student answers by email.
Response times
We review requests on U.S. business days. We aim to confirm a normal request within one business day. We give account lockouts, active class outages, privacy requests, and security reports priority.
These are response targets, not a service-level promise. A signed school order controls any promised response time.
What we may need
We may ask for the school name, class name, assignment title, browser, and the steps that led to the problem. We use the least account information needed to solve it.
Security or privacy problem
Put “Urgent: ConductClass security” or “Urgent: ConductClass privacy” in the email subject. Tell us when you noticed the problem. Do not investigate another user’s account.
