Student work
A school chooses a student-work retention period from 90 days to seven years. The setting applies to saved and completed work. A school may request earlier deletion.
Accounts and records
We keep account, order, support, security, and deletion records only as long as needed to run the service, meet the school agreement, protect the service, and follow the law.
Backups
Backup copies are protected and used only for recovery. Deleted records may remain in a backup until that backup expires, but they are not returned to normal use.
