Terms

ConductClass service terms

These terms cover school accounts and paid ConductClass access.

These terms add ConductClass details to the ConductScience Terms of Service. A signed school order, data agreement, or other written agreement controls if it says something different.

School use

ConductClass is for school-approved teaching and learning. The school must name authorized users, give accurate account details, and remove access when it is no longer needed.

Students may use ConductClass only through a school or teacher invitation. They may not create independent accounts.

Orders and payment

The quote or order states the price, term, school, user limits, and payment dates. The school must pay approved charges under that order. ConductClass does not store payment card details.

Student and school work

The school and its users keep their rights in the work they enter. They allow us to store, copy, and process that work only as needed to run, secure, and support ConductClass or follow the law.

ConductClass lessons, designs, code, and other service materials remain the property of Conduct Science, Inc. and its licensors.

Safe use

Users must follow the ConductClass Acceptable Use Policy. A school must use age-appropriate supervision and follow the safety notes in each investigation.

Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle data. A school may ask for a separate data agreement when required. The school is responsible for the notices, approvals, and permissions it needs for classroom use.

Service and support

We work to keep ConductClass available and secure, but no online service is free from interruptions. The Support Policy states our normal response targets. A signed order controls any promised service level.

End of access

Access ends when the school term or order ends, unless it is renewed. The school should request needed exports before the final deletion date. We may suspend access for nonpayment, serious misuse, or a security risk.
